How can I place my order?
You can order our products from our website via our secure and discreet online system. Every time you click "add to cart", you will have an opportunity to view your cart and you may add to or delete items from your order. When you are satisfied with your selections, you will then be prompted to create a customer ID and password or if you are returning registered customer, you will be prompted to "sign in" using your customer ID and password.
How secure is my order when ordering through your website?
Your online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Ordering through our web site with a credit card is as secure as using your credit card in any retail store.
Why do I need to create an account to place an order?
We require you to create an account so that you can have access to your order history and tracking information for orders shipped.
Will you give out my ordering information to third parties?
No! LoveLifeToys does not sell or distribute customer information in any way. If you choose to receive updates about new products by joining our email list, we will use your information for LoveLifeToys updates only. We hate receiving spam, so we will not send it to you!
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express® and Discover® cards.
When is my credit card charged for orders placed through your site?
We charge you credit card when your order ships. When your order is placed, we place an authorization on your card, but the funds are not removed until we ship it out.
Do you accept any other payment methods?
We also accept payment via Paypal. Just click on the "Pay with PayPal" button located at the bottom of your shopping cart.
How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your purchase will appear as a charge from Suki, LLC.
Does LoveLifeToys store my credit card information?
No, unless you ask us to when you are checking out or updating your LoveLifeToys account profile.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. We operate out of the state of New Hampshire and are not required to collect sales tax.
How are my orders shipped to me?
We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard brown corrugated box sent via the USPS delivery of your choice. We ship using recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The return address label on the package is from Suki, LLC.
Where are orders shipped from?
All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in the state of New Hampshire in the United States.
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship out all orders within two business days after order receipt. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Expedited shipping options are also available. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update detailed tracking information from the date of your item shipment notification. This notification is sent via e-mail. Note orders may be processed on dates USPS is closed, however those dates are not counted as a transit date.
Who covers duties and taxes on international orders?
The order recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable in the country of delivery.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes! We are able to ship to addresses with a PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship internationally but there are some countries that we are unable to ship to due to the customs laws there. If you don’t see your country as an option, it’s because we are unable to ship there.
My Package says it has been delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
1. Verify the mailing address you provided was correct
2. Wait 3 days after tracking states delivered- more times than not, the package will show up a little late.
3. Contact post office about the missing package at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
4. Contact us with your Post Office Claim Number
*Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. After 30 days, the package will be considered delivered in full.
How can I contact a customer care representative at LoveLifeToys?
The best way to contact customer care is through our contact form. If you wish to speak with someone directly, please call us at 866-573-0366. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. A customer care representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
Lovelifetoys.com Web Customers:
Due to the nature of our products, once an item has been removed from the shrink-wrap or the sticker seal has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return. If you would like to return any unopened item purchased from lovelifetoys.com, you may return it within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Lovelifetoys.com does not cover the cost of shipping or refund shipping for returned items. Please contact Lovelife Toys Customer Care for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once the item is received back, the exchange or refund will be processed within 14 business days. If eligible, any returned items will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
We will issue replacements for products that are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials on all items that are under warranty. The warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage cause by accident, misuse, neglect or other use not in accordance with the manual. Specific warranty information for each product can be found in the items user manual.
Retail Customers:
If you purchased your item from a different store or website, please refer to them for return and/or warranty assistance. Here at OhMiBod, we stand by our products 100%, if they are unable to assist you for any reason, please contact us with your proof of purchase and the resellers response. We will do our best to make it right on a case by case basis.
How do I return a defective item?
If your item is still under warranty, contact Lovelifetoys.com Customer Care for troubleshooting help or a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Lovelifetoys.com does not issue return labels for warranty issues. Mail the defective item, including the RA number, to:

Once the item is tested and found to be defective, we will process your exchange, replacement, and/or item refund within 14 business days.

How do I register my warranty?
There is no need to register your warranty. The warranty begins on the purchase date so all you need to provide us with is your Proof of Purchase or Order Number.
Which products are compatible with the OhMiBod Remote application?
We have multiple music vibes that are compatible with the remote app. They can connect to your phone or tablet through bluetooth, wireless transmitter, or a wire.
Bluetooth compatibility: blueMotion NEX|1 and NEX|1 (2nd generation), blueMotion NEX|2, lightshow, Fuse, Esca 2
Wireless transmitter: Freestyle :G and Freestyle :W.
Wired: OhMiBod 3.OH and Naughtibod 3.OH.
*NOTE: The Club Vibe line is not compatible, as they react to ambient sound in the room.
Which products are compatible with the tasl application?
Lovelife krush is compatible with tasl.
Are your products sold with batteries?
Most of our battery operated vibrators ship with batteries included. However, please refer to the "includes" section on any given product page to confirm if batteries are, indeed, included.
What batteries are used with your products?
Each product is different, so please refer to the "specs" section of a specific vibrator to understand the batteries required for operation.
What type of material are your vibes made of?
All of our vibrators are made out of premium grade hypoallergenic non-toxic, non-porous ABS plastic and/or silicone. They are all latex and phthalate free. Please refer to the "specs" section of a particular product's web page on our website for the information regarding the material of that specific vibrator.
Are your vibrators waterproof?
No. Due to the nature of our products' design and the electronic components in the end cap of our music vibrators and non-music vibrators, please do not submerse in water.
